What you get, what we expect.

The Service

14routes is software that takes supplier bills you upload (PDFs, photos), extracts their fields using AI, runs validation checks (vendor master, GST, duplicate), and produces a TallyPrime-importable XML purchase voucher. The Service is delivered as a web application at appt.14routes.com.

The Service is operated by Ramesh Jagabattina, sole proprietor trading as 14routes, registered at H.No. 2-75, behind Gandhi Statue, Gudali Village & Post, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh – 524413.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business whose bills you upload. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what gets done under your account.

Multiple users can share one organisation workspace; the admin of the organisation controls who can join and what they can do.

Subscription and billing

The Service is currently in a free pilot. When paid plans go live, pricing will be published on the pricing page. Subscriptions will be monthly, in Indian Rupees, charged via Razorpay. Taxes (GST) will be charged in addition where applicable.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds — including for partial use — are covered by the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  Upload bills you do not have the right to process (e.g., someone else's confidential documents).

  Use the Service to commit tax fraud or post fabricated vouchers.
• ●
  Probe, scan, or attempt to break the Service or other organisations' isolation.
• ●
  Resell the Service, white-label it, or expose it as an API to third parties without written agreement.
• ●
  Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we have a reasonable basis to believe you are doing any of the above.

Your data, your responsibility

You own the bills, vendor masters and Tally configurations you upload. We store them on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy, and grant you no rights you didn't already have.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your data only to the extent needed to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vouchers that get imported into your TallyPrime. Our extraction and validation checks are designed to be high-quality and to surface uncertainty, but the final responsibility for what enters your books is yours.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, dependency outages (e.g., Google Cloud, Vertex AI), or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with this Service, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or ₹10,000, whichever is greater).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data — except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from the app. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, if we discontinue the Service, or if we are required to by law.

On termination, we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy's retention rules.

Indian law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to give us a written notice of the dispute (at hello@14routes.com) and a reasonable opportunity — at least 30 days — to resolve it.

Changes

When we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
